Welcome to the FYNORA 2025 fashion show. These Terms and Conditions governs your participation in our event, including but not limited to registration, attendance, and use of our website. By registering for or participating in the FYNORA fashion show, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

Participants must meet the specific criteria outlined for each category

  • Age: between 18 years & 35 years (Aadhar ID to be submitted as age proof)
    Professional Status:
  • College student (College ID & Aadhar ID proof is mandatory)
  • Models from Fashion Agency/ Institute or (ID proof from Agency/ Institute & Aadhar ID proof is mandatory)
  • Corporate Employees (Company ID proof & Aadhar ID proof is mandatory)

Registration

  • Registration for the FYNORA 2025 fashion League is conducted through our official website.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable / non- transferrable.

Website Content

  • All content on the Happittude website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Happittude or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content with or without knowledge or our express in written permission.

Prohibited Content

You are prohibited from submitting any content that is:
  • Unlawful or harmful.
  • Defamatory, obscene, or racially/ethnically offensive.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains viruses or other malicious code.
  • You shall not make, display, or promote any content, expression, act or representation that is derogatory, disrespectful, or offensive to any religion, caste, community, deity, or religious belief, nor shall they hurt or prejudice the religious sentiments of any individual or group.
  • You shall not engage in any act, display, or performance that may be construed as against the sovereignty, integrity, dignity, or national interest of any country.

  • If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you shall be liable for the same, Happittude / FYNORA 2025 shall not take any responsibility in such instances.

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamilnadu/ India.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamilnadu/ India.

DRESS CODE – Rules & Regulations, to be carried through out the execution of the event
Adherence to this dress code is strictly mandatory.

1. To avoid overly revealing clothing
– Garments that expose private areas or simulate nudity.
– Sheer fabrics without proper lining or coverage.
– Excessively short, tight, or low-cut outfits that compromise decency.
2. To avoid Offensive Symbols or Language
– Clothing or accessories displaying profanity, hate speech, or suggestive slogans.
– Use of controversial or culturally insensitive imagery.
3. To avoid Inappropriate Gestures or Choreography
– Runway movements that mimic sexual acts or include suggestive body language.
– Disrespectful gestures toward judges, audience, or fellow participants.
4. To avoid Provocative themes without artistic justification
– Themes that sensationalize violence, substance abuse, or exploitation without meaningful context.
– Shock value used purely for attention rather than creative expression.
Violating any of the following points will result in non-compliance & attract immediate disqualification
